Julio R. serves as the Manager of our immigration department, a role he earned through his exceptional leadership, legal expertise, and strong rapport with colleagues. Promoted shortly after joining the firm, he brings a wealth of international legal experience and a commitment to excellence.
Julio holds a J.D. from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (2008) and is admitted to practice law in Venezuela, where he worked as a commercial and corporate lawyer and as an associate lawyer for the Legal Department of the Institute of Cultural Heritage of Venezuela. He recently graduated with an LLM from Georgia State University and is actively pursuing admission to the Georgia Bar to become a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia.
With over a decade of experience in international, immigration, corporate, and commercial law, Julio combines his legal acumen with advanced Spanish-English linguistic skills. His academic background includes a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Universidad Catolica de Avila, Spain (2010), where he collaborated on Human Rights projects with local nonprofits. In 2011, he earned a Master’s Degree in International Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in public and international law. In 2012, he obtained a Master’s in Spanish Legal Practice while working in Madrid, deepening his expertise in international, contracts, and immigration law.
