Gerardo Briceno is the founder and Managing Partner of Bridger Law Group. Emerging as early as high school, he discovered a passion for law and began working as a legal intern during his senior year. He continued this internship throughout his college career at Georgia State University, while also completing his degree in Political Science (pre-law).
Gerardo then relocated to Spokane, Washington to attend Gonzaga University’s School of Law. After earning his law degree, Gerardo worked for Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Office of the Chief Counsel in Miami, Florida.
With a deep commitment to justice and advocacy, Gerardo founded his own law firm in 2013, where he has dedicated himself to leveling the playing field for clients, specializing in both immigration and personal injury law. Having a reputation built on integrity, compassion, and legal excellence, he leads a dynamic team committed to advocating for individuals and families facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Under his leadership, in the immigration space, Gerardo and his team have successfully handled thousands of cases, including family-based petitions, business visas, consular processing, asylum, deportation defense, DACA, TPS, waivers, and naturalization.
He is known for helping clients navigate an often-overwhelming legal system with clarity, honesty, and fierce advocacy. Gerardo is especially proud to represent immigrants from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are building a new life for themselves and their families in the United States.
Under his leadership, in the area of personal injury, Gerardo and his team represent individuals injured due to negligence, including car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. He understands that injury clients are often dealing with not only physical pain but financial stress, emotional trauma, and uncertainty about the future. Through aggressive representation and an intentional case management formula, Gerardo and the team have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts, earning a strong reputation for achieving results while treating clients with compassion and respect.
Gerardo is an avid entrepreneur and has owned several businesses in the nightlife, restaurant, real estate, and construction fields. He credits these experiences as invaluable in gathering a full understanding of how the law and a great lawyer can change the course of someone’s life.
His professional background continues to offer a distinct perspective into the bureaucratic nuances of the American Legal System, which he can now leverage to better advocate for his clients. Gerardo started Bridger Law Group with the idea of bridging the gap that everyday people face against giant corporations and/or the government.
Outside of the courtroom, Gerardo travels the world, is involved in his community, and enjoys spending time with his wife and their faithful dog-son, Brady. He welcomed his first-born human son in 2025 and continues working towards the growth and expansion of Bridger Law Group to reach more people and make a bigger impact in bridging the gap.
He is proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), the National Trial Lawyers, and the Success Alliance Chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
