Andressa is originally from Brazil and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Londrina in 2015. She joined Bridger Law Group in 2021 as a Paralegal Assistant and currently serves as the Controller. As the Controller of our firm, Andressa combines deep industry expertise with a passion for operational excellence. She oversees oversee all aspects of the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, audit preparation, and compliance.
Andressa’s professional career began right after high school, working in her family business. In 2014, she opened her own retail store focused on men’s fashion. At the end of 2015, she had the opportunity to move to the United States. In 2016, she founded a cleaning company, which she successfully ran until 2021, when she sold the business and transitioned to working in an office environment. Her robust experience has allowed her to approach situations with a sharp analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Andressa is instrumental in implementing systems and controls that enhance financial transparency and improve decision-making.
Before moving to the U.S., Andressa spent three months living in Peru, where she learned Spanish—adding to her multicultural and multilingual background.
