Anderlane currently serves as a Case Manager at Bridger Law Group where she plays a key role in managing immigration cases with professionalism, empathy, and precision. She works closely with clients to gather documentation, prepare petitions, and support immigration attorneys in all stages of the legal process. Her attention to detail and dedication to each case contribute significantly to the firm’s commitment to excellence and client-centered service. 

Originally from Brazil, Anderlane brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and administration. She holds a degree in Human Resources from Faculdade Cambury in Goiânia, Brazil, where she built a strong foundation in personnel management, labor compliance, and organizational behavior. Prior to relocating to the United States, she held leadership roles at major companies such as CVC Brazil, one of Latin America’s largest travel agencies, where she served as HR Supervisor. 

Currently, Anderlane is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to helping others, fostering efficient organizational systems, and navigating multicultural environments with care and competence.
