Alvaro is a personal injury specialist at Bridger Law Group. In this role, he supports non-English speaking clients through every stage of a personal injury claim. Known for his empathy, precision, and structured approach, he ensures effective communication and smooth case development. Working closely with the accident attorneys, paralegals, and case managers, he handles document translation, coordinating disbursements, setting up insurance claims, drafting demands, scheduling provider appointments, and managing various assigned tasks with diligence.
Originally from Venezuela and currently based in Colombia, Alvaro brings over 12 years of experience in administrative roles across industries, ranging from small logistics companies to large-scale security firms. He holds a law degree from the Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín University in Venezuela and a homologated degree from the Pontifical Javierian University in Columbia. He prides himself on having a strong foundation in civil, commercial, and corporate law. His expertise also includes conciliation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.
With additional training in PMP Principles and Scrum Methodology, Alvaro excels at streamlining workflows, enhancing productivity, and adapting to dynamic environments.
He is currently pursuing further studies in International Business Administration at the University of Miami and considering a Master of Laws (LLM) in Colombia. His journey reflects a strong commitment to helping others, improving legal operations, and building efficient, human-centered systems.
